The annual subscription is charged immediately; it is not a free trial. If Markdown Mash Hosted is not right for you, request a refund within seven calendar days of your initial subscription payment.
How to request a refund
Email info@markdownmash.com from the address associated with your hosted account. Include the account email and the approximate purchase date. Never send full card details by email.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
After seven days
Payments are generally non-refundable after the guarantee period, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal to prevent the next annual renewal. Cancellation does not normally refund or shorten the current paid year.
